Afghanistan: ISIS Hit With Mega Bomb!
The US Thursday dropped the largest non-nuclear bomb on ISIS forces in Afghanistan. The GBU-43B, or massive ordnance air blast weapon, has 21,600lb GPS-guided munition, which was first tested in March 2003. The bomb is so massive that it had to be dropped out of a U.S. Air Force C-130 cargo plane. The bomb was dropped in the Nangarhar Province, and was designed to use in missions that would make tunnels and other structures collapse from the pressure it creates when it explodes in the air.
